Not the kid....the mom. The kid doesn't know any better. Mom should. Ridiculous!
yup kids will do what kids anywhere do when they are allowed to ...tips for weary parents traveling with 'energiser bunnies' - take their videos, colouring books, play observation games etc. to keep they occupied learning and prevent you from getting on top on everyone eles nerves :)
And for God's sake, keep an eye on them because there are people out there just itchin' to trip them ;-)
